What project management is and how useful it is to implement it have been discussed for a very long time: articles and books are written, discussions are held. Yet there are still few companies that have introduced a project management system. This points to mistrust and a lack of understanding of the process and of the economic benefits it can bring to a company. And only real experience can prove that it is truly needed! The 1st International Practical Conference "Project Management: Implementation Experience in Large Business" will be devoted to the practice of implementing project management systems and the results achieved.
Conference objectives:
– to demonstrate the opportunities for improving business efficiency by using a project management system
– to disseminate modern project management technologies, best practices and real project management experience
– to expand business contacts between professionals and organisations working in the field of project management.
Target audience:
heads and leading specialists of finance, IT, technical and marketing departments of Ukrainian and foreign companies and government bodies; representatives of large companies and holdings in the energy sector, the oil and gas industry, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding and aircraft manufacturing, the defence industry, civil and industrial construction, telecommunications, IT, banking and insurance.
