SigmaBleyzer is an international investment company that manages the assets of the Ukrainian Growth Funds (UGF) family of funds. Through these funds, such world-renowned financial institutions as Merrill Lynch, SBC Warburg, Goldman Sachs, ING Barings and others have invested in the privatization of Ukrainian enterprises.

Over the past four years, SigmaBleyzer and UGF have invested more than $70 million in Ukrainian companies. Today, another domestic company — Softline — has become one of SigmaBleyzer's partners. The aim of this alliance is to take Softline to a qualitatively new level in building corporate information systems and to move the company from the regional to the international level. These goals are to be achieved by improving the quality of the company's software products and services, as well as by organizing and developing new lines of business. Joining the partners' efforts will make it possible not only to extend the functionality of Ukrainian software products (in terms of technological sophistication, domestic software is an order of magnitude ahead of Western software), but also to rise to a new qualitative level of development in information technology, which in turn will enable the company to enter the global software market.

In conclusion, it should be noted that Softline and SigmaBleyzer regard themselves as long-term strategic partners pursuing the successful functioning of Ukraine's economy, in particular the information systems sector and the Ukrainian stock market.
