What does Softline IT have to do with the SEV?
Softline IT is the largest developer and implementer of electronic document management systems (EDMS) for large organizations and the public sector. Our company has not been and is not involved in developing the SEV.
Is there a risk that the country's work will be paralyzed if the SEV stops working?
Document flow between agencies will be conducted on paper, as it was before the SEV OVV appeared.
Does the country need the SEV OVV system at all?
Different government institutions use different electronic document management systems. The electronic interaction system is needed so that agencies can exchange electronic documents with one another in electronic format. This reduces paper costs and speeds up business processes in the country several times over.
Will the SEV be fee-based?
Softline IT does not have such information.
