The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the State Agency for E-Governance have adopted a document entitled the Joint Action Plan for the Introduction and Development of Electronic Services.
The document was published on the department's official website for public discussion. Every citizen of Ukraine can also express their opinion of the plan and add their own comment on the website.
In particular, the plan provides for drawing up, as early as this month (February 2015), a list of priority services to be introduced in electronic form (the first phase is to be launched by the end of the year), and for developing, by June this year, a Concept for the Development of Electronic Services and a plan for its implementation.
By the end of 2015, it is also planned to modernise the Unified State Portal of Administrative Services, prepare amendments to a number of Ukrainian laws, and create and introduce a system of interaction between state electronic information resources and an electronic identification infrastructure.
