The seminar presented to the audience systems that have been implemented and are actually operating in Ukrainian state authorities. Many important issues were discussed during the seminar, among them the core principles of implementing electronic archives in Ukraine, the technical aspects of integrating existing document flow systems with electronic archives, and the core phases of creating electronic archives in Ukraine.

The subject of the seminar attracted not only employees of the State Committee on Archives of Ukraine, but also other state organisations, including the State Employment Service of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Main Control and Revision Office of Ukraine and others.

However, the most interesting and most discussed item at the seminar was the demonstration of the electronic document management system operating at the MDCSU. The system was deployed by Softline.
