On Friday, 4 April, the "Fourth Sector" Media Centre hosted a training seminar by Softline and Microsoft, "Practice of integrating software systems into a single complex. Experience in building universal gateways. Creating heterogeneous system complexes". Speakers from Microsoft and Softline talked about the tasks and problems that arise when integrating software systems, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various approaches to solving them.

The following issues were examined in detail:

  • Building universal gateways for data exchange between systems;
  • Building new systems that use data accumulated and processed by legacy systems;
  • Creating heterogeneous system complexes that combine different systems running on different databases.
