On March 4–6, the third specialized medical exhibition and forum "Healthy Nation: Women's and Children's Health 2008" took place in Kyiv. At the exhibition, Softline presented its "Electronic Hospital" information and analytical system.

Although this was the company's first time at the forum, the presentation by Yurii Moiseiev attracted great interest among visitors. Creating a unified information space for medical institutions will help counter negative medical and social consequences. It makes it possible to build a system for comprehensive, evidence-based analysis of trends in public health in relation to various social, economic and environmental factors, to develop computer-based research and practical programs to combat major diseases, to significantly increase the productivity of medical staff and to improve the efficiency of healthcare resource use.

The goal of building and implementing the "Electronic Hospital" information and analytical system is to create a modern, fully functional system that would help healthcare institutions effectively accomplish the tasks set before them.

The system was developed in line with the Concept of State Policy on Healthcare Informatization of Ukraine. Its main task is to automate the existing medical and diagnostic processes of healthcare institutions by means of the "Electronic Hospital" information and analytical system.

The exhibition and forum was also attended by the Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine, the Vice President of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, the Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration and others.
