Softline announces the completion of the first stage of work on creating and implementing an electronic document management system for Kyivstar GSM JSC. The system is being implemented on the basis of Megapolis.DocumentFlow, a software product developed by Softline. In the first stage, a detailed analysis of the organisation's existing business processes was carried out and the main requirements for the future system were defined. A detailed work plan for adapting and implementing the system is now being prepared.
The electronic document management system will create a single information space for the organisation, provide management with up-to-date information for making effective management decisions, and reduce the share of paper-based document flow.
