Softline has started deploying an automated records management and electronic document management system at the State Specialized Enterprise "Chornobyl NPP" based on its own software product Megapolis™.DocumentFlow. This is Softline's first electronic document management deployment in the energy sector.
As part of this project, a document scanning and barcoding subsystem will be deployed, an electronic document archive will be created, and automated workstations of the system will be deployed in the structural units of the Chornobyl NPP.
The deployment of this information and analytical system will enable the staff of the Chornobyl NPP to make effective use of the latest advances in information technology in their work, which will make their work more successful and efficient, reduce the time needed to process documents, speed up decision-making, and so on.
To date, Softline has automated document management at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Antimonopoly Committee and others.
