Softline has begun pilot testing its HR Management system, developed in-house by the company. (The system is designed to automate personnel records and human resources management, as well as payroll planning and calculation.)
On 14 May, staff of the Softline Solutions department gave a presentation of the HR Management software to the finance and HR services, which will be the first "customers" of the new software. Cooperation between the Softline Solutions department's developers and implementation specialists and the company's services will make it possible to improve the software and make the necessary adjustments to how it works, so that the end result is a modern, convenient and reliable "tool of the trade" for the HR departments of commercial and government organisations in Ukraine.
