Softline is implementing the project "Creation of an Information and Analytical Support System for the Ministry of Culture and Tourism" for the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine.

As part of this project, the company's specialists have deployed the automated system "Records Management and Control over the Execution of Assignments" in the central office of the Ministry. The deployment of this system ensured timely and high-quality implementation of the Decrees of the President of Ukraine No. 1497/2005 of 20 October 2005 "On Priority Tasks for the Introduction of the Latest Information Technologies" and No. 1615/2005 of 18 November 2005 "On Priority Measures to Bring the Economy out of the Shadow and Counter Corruption", for which the company received thanks from the Deputy Minister.

As a result of this work, about 30 employees of the Ministry's central office have become users of the "Records Management and Assignment Control" system and are now able to make effective use of the latest advances in information technology in their records management.

The deployment of the system lays the groundwork for further integration of the Ministry's document management into the unified information and analytical system of the state authorities of Ukraine.

To date, Softline has automated document management at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Antimonopoly Committee and others. The list of document management system deployments is available on the Softline website.
