Softline JSC has completed the implementation of the Megapolis.DocNet electronic document management system at the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Azerbaijan.
As a result, the processing of appeals from citizens and legal entities to the Aliyev Foundation has been brought to a qualitatively new level.
A technical feature of this project was that the company's specialists adapted the Ukrainian software to the Azerbaijani language.
"On 3 December the system was put into commercial operation. This is the first project implemented in Azerbaijan," says Yevhen Malashenko, Project Manager at Softline JSC.
According to him, the Megapolis.DocNet system will increase the Foundation's efficiency, having a positive impact on various areas of its activity: science, culture, sport, education and others.
Megapolis.DocNet 1.0 was installed for the Aliyev Foundation with the following subsystems and functions:
· Registration of incoming and outgoing documents
· Preparation of draft outgoing documents
· Chronicle of the First Lady's activities
· Application of a registration mark in the form of a barcode
· Scanning of incoming documents.
Cooperation with the Aliyev Foundation is part of Softline JSC's strategy for entering the Azerbaijani IT market. The first project was carried out jointly with specialists from Ultra.
