On 15 February 2013 Softline IT received a letter of thanks from the State Agricultural Inspectorate of Ukraine (Derzhsilhospinspektsiia). The First Deputy Head of the institution, Yurii Mykolaiovych Marchuk, personally expressed his gratitude for the successful implementation of the Megapolis.DocumentFlow system at the agency.
"The work was carried out within a tight timeframe, yet with quality and professionalism, taking into account the specifics of our institution's activities," Yurii Marchuk writes in the letter. In particular, sincere gratitude is expressed to Softline IT Vice President Oleksandr Smyrnov, Sales Director Denys Kryvchenko and Project Manager Olha Dembytska for the timely and high-quality provision of implementation services, a proper professional level, attentiveness and a responsible attitude to their professional duties.

"For our company this was a very responsible and important project, as it is another step in automating the work of state authorities and, consequently, in building Ukraine's e-government system," Softline IT CEO Serhii Balashuk commented on the letter.
