In pursuance of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 351 of 27.05.2015 on putting the System of Electronic Interaction of Executive Authorities (SEV OVV) into full-scale operation from 1 September 2015, Softline IT announces its readiness to provide free services for connecting the electronic document management systems (EDMS) of executive authorities built on the "Megapolis.DocumentFlow" software to the new version of SEV OVV.
This is possible under the following conditions:
— the authority has implemented the latest version of "Megapolis.DocumentFlow", 2.57.15;
— there is a valid EDMS maintenance (technical support) contract;
— the authority has digital signature (EDS) certificates for working with the EDMS and has purchased the IIT (Institute of Information Technologies) cryptographic libraries;
— the customer's installation of "Megapolis.DocumentFlow" includes the digital signature module.
In all other cases, we are ready to cooperate with executive authorities on connecting their EDMS to SEV OVV on a contractual basis.
