The Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan plans to eliminate paper document flow in the organisation completely from 1 January and is starting a project to implement an electronic document management system.
Thus, at the beginning of September 2009 the Ministry concluded a contract with the Ukrainian company Softline for the development and deployment of the electronic document management system. The project will be implemented on the basis of the Megapolis.DocNet system and will cover the key processes of the Ministry's administrative document flow (registration of incoming and outgoing documents, processing of internal documents such as office memos, orders and reports). The software product developed by Softline has been adapted to Azerbaijani legislation and will be deployed by our local partner.
