Today, 11 February 2013, Softline IT received a letter of gratitude from the State Agency of Fisheries of Ukraine for fruitful cooperation within the project "Services for the implementation of electronic document management system software based on the computer program 'Electronic Document Management System Megapolis.DocumentFlow. Version 2.57'".
Deputy Head of the State Agency of Fisheries Mykola Karpenko stressed in his letter that "the project was carried out promptly and efficiently in the shortest possible time thanks to the professionalism, considerable experience and high qualifications of Softline IT's technical specialists".
In turn, Softline IT General Director Serhii Balashuk commented that the State Agency of Fisheries had implemented one of the newest versions of Megapolis.DocumentFlow, a well-known and popular electronic document management system on the Ukrainian market, which takes into account all the specifics of document management at the client, a government organisation. The main purpose of implementing this electronic document management system is to increase transparency, manageability and efficiency. The Megapolis.DocumentFlow system itself covers all stages of the document life cycle, from the preparation of draft documents in the organisation to their archival storage (with electronic archive and digital signature functions).
For Softline IT, this is already the 80th implementation of an electronic document management system in the public sector, and the company has more than 15 years of experience in developing and implementing such systems. It is important to note that for public sector organisations, implementing an electronic document management system speeds up business processes 6–8 times and makes it possible to partially or completely stop using paper.
