The State Statistics Service of Ukraine has published data on the volume of services provided by Ukrainian enterprises and organisations operating in information and telecommunications. In January–November 2014, services worth UAH 65,670 million were provided (of which UAH 17.5 billion to households). Compared with the same period last year, this figure fell by UAH 105.2 million, or 0.16%.
Services of telecom companies (telecommunications) over the 11 months amounted to UAH 44.6 billion (UAH 15.7 billion to households), and in the "computer programming and other information services" category, UAH 12.5 billion (UAH 499 million to households). Year-on-year changes were −0.8% (−UAH 399 million) and 30.4% (UAH 2.92 billion) respectively. The main decline came from film and TV production, as well as television and radio broadcasting: down UAH 2.63 billion (23.6%), to UAH 8.5 billion.
