On Tuesday, 20 March, the founders and top managers of Softline IT, together with representatives of the country's business elite, celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ULIE). During the event, they were personally congratulated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Mykola Azarov.

The Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs is a special organization. Twenty years ago it was founded by leaders of Ukrainian business to preserve the country's industrial, intellectual, technical and scientific potential. That moment marked a new chapter in the history of the Ukrainian economy and entrepreneurship.
"All members of this organization have made the protection of the state's national economic interests the purpose of their lives and have fulfilled this mission with dignity throughout Ukraine's modern history," said the League's president, MP Anatolii Kinakh, at the ceremonial meeting of the ULIE dedicated to the organization's 20th anniversary.

During the event, Mykola Azarov read out a greeting from the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych. The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Volodymyr Lytvyn, also praised the twenty years of work by ULIE members.

Softline IT is proud to have been a member of the ULIE board for many years. "We are one of the leaders in our industry, and we have joined forces with other leading enterprises of the country for a common goal, the development of the national economy," noted Softline IT Vice President Oleksandr Smyrnov.

It is worth noting that the state authorities highly valued Softline IT's contribution to the development of the Ukrainian economy and civil society. On the occasion of the League's anniversary, Mykola Azarov personally presented awards to people whose hard work is shaping the country's history. It is especially pleasing to note among them the honorary president of Softline, Anton Marrero, and vice president Yuriy Syvytsky.

Although they now work for another organization, during their years of developing and implementing highly complex software products for the state they earned great respect from the state and society.

Softline IT Vice President Oleksandr Smyrnov personally received from the Prime Minister an award "For a significant personal contribution to the development of economic sectors, many years of conscientious work and high professionalism".

During these festive days, Softline IT congratulates the ULIE on its anniversary. This organization has created a system of interaction between business and government and has become a permanent communication platform between public administration, the regions, the business community and individual enterprises. It is associations like the ULIE that help develop the country's economy, raise its standing on the world stage and increase the personal well-being of every citizen. Softline IT has always supported, and will continue to support, organizations whose goal is the development of Ukraine.
