On 10 September 2011, Softline IT held a presentation of unified communications systems for business at the Hi-Tech Park business center. Unified communications or integrated communications, the meaning of the term is the same: an intuitive, all-in-one system for collaboration and corporate communication that brings together the various means of communication of a modern office (e-mail, traditional telephone, fax, calendar, instant messaging and conferencing) in a single interface. Information about an employee's availability or "presence" at the workplace (the so-called "presence status") helps users contact the right people quickly and easily in the best way.
The event presented the Softline IT unified communications system, based on MS Exchange Server 2010 technology. Exchange 2010 UM is built on the technical foundation of Exchange 2007 UM and complements the previous version with a number of new features. Thanks to enhanced language support, the ability to keep voice messages private and voice mail preview, an already useful product has become more convenient and versatile.
