More than 50 seminar participants discussed problems of executing instructions in the executive authorities. In particular, they analysed the reasons for insufficient control over the execution of tasks, ways to improve the organisation of document monitoring, and the capabilities of modern information technologies and their application in an automated system for monitoring the execution of instructions.

The discussion of the last issue was complemented by a practical session conducted by Softline representative Yurii Potiienko. The session demonstrated the capabilities of the automated system for monitoring the execution of instructions. The system’s functions and capabilities aroused great interest among the participants, whose subsequent questions were answered by Oleksandr Smyrnov, Director of the Public Sector Projects Department. The session allowed those present to see, through practical examples, the benefits of modern technologies in the everyday work of such a complex mechanism as a central executive authority.
